How far in advance should I place a reservation? As soon as your plans are fairly definite, just give us a call to set up your reservation. We always suggest as much notice as possible, at least 48 hours for hourly charters, seasonal, off-hour and special events such as weddings, elopements and corporate functions etc will dictate more notice time so try to plan accordingly. Do you offer off-hour service? Yes, we offer car service 24 hour a day / 7 days a week / 363 days a year. Easter Sunday and Christmas Day will be with family. Please keep in mind to reserve as far in advance as possible for off-hour service and that premium pricing and/or surcharges may apply. What are your standard cancellation policies? All deposits will be kept by Margaret River Blue Bus as per Terms and Conditions. Any cancellations before 7 days and weddings before 3 months will be at the discretion of Margaret River Blue Bus. Do you require a deposit and when do I pay it? We do require a electronic funds or credit card guarantee for payment of $200 non-refundable deposit. A credit card authorization form will be sent to you to complete at the time of reservation. This applies to all reservations including airport transfers, hourly rentals and bus charters. Can I visit your office in person to see the Blue Bus and make a reservation? Absolutely! Our customers are always welcome to visit our offices during standard office hours to view the Blue Bus. We enjoy showing it off! However we do ask that customers make an appointment ahead of time so we can plan accordingly for your visit and have the vehicles on site. How can I obtain a receipt for my charges? Margaret River Blue Bus Limousines can provide receipts for charges most conveniently by e-mail once the job is complete. How far in advance should I make my reservation? Margaret River Blue Bus can accept your reservation several months in advance. Or within the week if Margaret River Blue Bus has availibility. As soon as you know all the pertinent details, at least the date and time of your travel, special event just call or e-mail us. Do you offer transfers, i.e: “drop-off and pickup” service for special events? In most cases, minimum hourly rental terms will apply. And there are many advantages to this structure, especially for special events and occasions. You have the same vehicle and chauffeur guaranteed for your entire service. You can leave your belongings in the vehicle. You have unlimited stops, the vehicle and chauffeur are available to you as directed. Question? Can an early drop off to the 'special occasion' and a late night pick up be done? Answer: This can certainly be discussed with us at Margaret River Blue Bus :) ALL GOOD!! :) What if I only need the vehicle to pick us up and drop us off. Can you offer this type of service? Yes, there may be instances and occasions where a transfer service is possible with the exception of peak demand dates and events. A transfer is basically a direct, one-way pick up and drop, at a set time. Wait time, extra stops and additional driving around are not calculated in the pricing and would add the charges or revert the service to hourly if extensive. It is best to review all details at the time of reservation to determine what type of service will best apply. What amenities are your vehicles stocked with? We are stocked with bottled water, ice and glassware. All from the bar on board. Do you allow smoking in the Blue Bus? We are strictly NON-SMOKING. If any passenger smokes in the Blue Bus a minimum cleaning fee of $250.00 will apply, plus cost of repairs for any damage related to smoking. Do you have bluetooth to play our own music? Yes we do Insurance and client Liability? We strongly suggest that you have read the terms and conditions prior to confirming your booking. What is your service area? Predominantly Busselton / Dunsborough Region and then of course Margaret River / Augusta Region. Really just tell us where you would like to go and it will be determined by Margaret River Blue Bus.
